Privacy Policy

We keep your data to a minimum: only what is needed to deliver the file, send you an invoice and check a review.

1. Who is responsible

Longevity Food OS, Olijnyk Commercial Creative Studio (sole proprietorship), located at Molenstraat 77 a, 5014 NC Tilburg, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Questions or requests: [e-mailadres invullen].

2. What data we have

  • When you buy: your e-mail address and the name you enter at checkout, and the order number. Your payment details (card number, payment data) run through the payment provider; we do not see them.
  • When you leave a review: your name, your e-mail address and the text you enter. Only your name, text and stars are shown publicly, not your e-mail address.
  • When you contact us: the details you put in an e-mail yourself.

3. Why we use it

  • to deliver your access and send your invoice (performance of the agreement);
  • to check and publish your experience, so only real reviews appear on the site (consent);
  • to help you with questions or complaints (legitimate interest);
  • to meet administrative obligations (legal duty).

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data are kept as long as the tax authorities require (seven years). Review data is kept until you withdraw it: e-mail us and we remove your review and your e-mail address from our system. If you no longer maintain your access, we remove your account data within a reasonable period, unless we need it for administration.

5. Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to run the business: the payment provider, the hosting and e-mail services, and your accountant. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data, object to a processing and withdraw your consent. E-mail [e-mailadres invullen] for that. We respond within four weeks. If something is wrong, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

The site and the backend system run encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the data is limited to people who need it for delivery, administration or checking reviews.

8. Cookies

This site uses only functional technology needed to make the page work, and no trackers for personalised advertising. When you use the payment provider, they place their own cookies.
