Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every purchase of Longevity Food OS. They are kept short, so you know where you stand.
1. Who we are
Longevity Food OS is sold by Olijnyk Commercial Creative Studio (sole proprietorship), located at Molenstraat 77 a, 5014 NC Tilburg, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42159272, VAT number NL005544206B86. Reach us at [e-mailadres invullen].
2. What you buy
Longevity Food OS is a digital product: a 28-day nutrition and healthy living system in Google Sheets, with a meal plan, forty recipes with nutrition values, an automatic shopping list, a tracker for food, movement and sleep, a personal overview and a filled-in example file. The workbook is in English. You buy a personal license to use this file; you do not buy a physical product or a service.
3. Price and payment
The price is $19.95, one-time. There is no subscription and there are no recurring costs. Payment runs through a secure payment provider (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Payments go through the provider; we do not store card details. For customers in the EU, the VAT rate on your invoice is the rate of your country; the amount you pay does not change because of it. Outside the EU, no VAT is charged and you pay the price shown.
4. Delivery
Right after successful payment you receive the link to your access by e-mail. You need a free Google account to open the file; the system runs in Google Sheets and not in Excel, Numbers or LibreOffice. If you have not received anything within two hours, check your spam, and otherwise send an e-mail to [e-mailadres invullen].
5. Right of withdrawal for a digital product
You generally have fourteen days to change your mind. For a digital product, that right only lapses if you give express consent before payment to start delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. That is what happens when you tick the box before checkout: you get instant access, and you receive this confirmation by e-mail. Because access is delivered instantly, the box is required to buy. If you bought without valid consent, you can withdraw via our withdrawal page.
Even if your right of withdrawal has lapsed, the file still has to work: if it does not open or is not right, we fix it, or we arrange a refund together. Contact us for that.
6. No medical advice
The content is general and is not medical or dietary advice tailored to you. If you have health issues, take medication, are pregnant or follow a specific medical diet, talk to a doctor or dietitian first. Results differ per person; no results are guaranteed.
7. Use
The file is for personal use. You may not resell it, share it publicly or present it as your own work. Updates to the file are included as long as you have access.
8. Complaints and disputes
You can send complaints to [e-mailadres invullen]. You get a substantive answer within five business days. If we cannot work it out, EU consumers can turn to the European Online Dispute Resolution or the competent court in the Netherlands. Dutch law applies to all our agreements.
